The Birthing of a Culture

What if there was a culture that addressed the primary needs of spiritual leaders?
It has been a privilege for all of my life to be surrounded by spiritual leaders - from pastors of local congregations to godly business people who engage their workplaces.  And, those connections continue to have an impact on me personally.  I've been made aware, however, that though the needs of these special individuals aren't necessarily unique, they've been overlooked.  Here's an attempt to summarize those needs:  relationships, support, training, accountability, health and friendship. Whether it be due to pseudo-strength or an intimidation toward honesty, these leaders who are perceived to be at a higher level, still struggle.  Loneliness, a lack of confidence, and the feelings of being overwhelmed and overworked are no respecter of persons.
An ongoing and on-purpose environment of real relationships and relevant training is being birthed in Oklahoma. Century Leadership is a culture of resources and relationships for spiritual leaders.  The goal is in the name - to build leaders for the next one hundred years.  Through an annual conference, periodic roundtables, relational mentoring and professional coaching, leaders will be encouraged in their present and empowered for the future.
Leader, the best time for you to connect with others in your field and network God's Kingdom is right now.  Nothing of noteworthy accomplishment has ever been left up to one person.  It's about WE, not me.  Take time to join the Century Leadership Conference on Monday afternoon, April 29th, and learn about this groundbreaking leadership development culture.  Also, stop by our Century Leadership booth and talk to one of our team members.  Let's build on what we can do together!
Century Leadership - building leaders for the next one hundred years!
