Michael Hyatt in his book PLATFORM, wrote, "We don't need more messages or products or services. Instead, we need better messages, products, and services. Specifically, we need those that wow." That's it: we need the wow! And, very few that come to the table have that characteristic on their own. We have an idea, alright. But is it the one we need? It might be...and, then again it might be missing something altogether.
So, who have you given permission to speak into the organization? What are they saying? Listen. How about taking the lid off of the discussion? Let your need to shine fade long enough to let the best ideas win! It might just be the next creative step to the necessary transformation.
