I’ve come up with some great ideas in my lifetime.  As a matter of fact, a few seemed quite original.  And then there’s been the box-bursting ideas that have come out of a discussion group of guys working alongside of me.  The energy and fun that fills the room and leaves with each of us have been priceless!  There’s never been a better idea than what comes out of a team of minds working together.  Frankly, your idea is not good enough…  What I mean is that it takes more than just a good idea to work a project successfully.  The thoughts and generating of more ideas to support the one, or that one idea, whether good or not, that sparks more or better ones is what gets the job done.  Good ideas are never meant to exist alone.  When was the last time you asked for honest feedback on a concept that was developing in your mind?  How willing are you to get around some smarter minds in order to get accomplished something greater than what you can do on your own?  You are only as smart as your willingness to open the opportunity for fair exchange.  In other words, be smart by surrounding yourself with smart people.  Proverbs 15:22 says, “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.”  Insight, perspective, strength, intelligence…  Let’s get together…and, let’s get it done!
