Do you want to make a difference...really? Jesus said of His followers in Matthew 5, "You are the salt of the earth." Salt is meant to make a difference. Salt stimulates thirst, it preserves and it flavors food. For the Christ-follower, we are meant to stimulate thirst, influence moral decision-making, and make the gospel message flavorable in a sexual culture. However, salt is no good unless it comes out of the salt-shaker. The same is true of Christ-followers... Proximity determines impact. So, shatter the salt-shaker - get into the lives that need you today.
