Off to Kenya

It's been a trip in the making for a number of months now... And, the time for departure has finally arrived. I leave for Kenya, Sunday afternoon, February 15th, along with a few others from Lakeside. We are going to following up with some ministry investment on the church rebuilding process. Kenya was impacted greatly over a year ago by tribal rioting. Many Christ-followers were killed or injured along with a number of churches destroyed.

It will be sobering to say the least to stand next to men and women of God who have stood strong during times of great persecution... At any rate, you won't hear from me for a little while as it relates to blogging, but it's pretty certain I'll have some stories and photos to share. Thanks for your prayers.
