Mike Lowder, our Children's and Life Development Pastor, shared this resource with me...and I thought it "post-worthy." It comes as practical information in an endeavor to becoming more effective in leading our neighbors, friends and co-workers to Christ.
WWMD (what would missionaries do)

• Learn the "language" of those you desire to reach.
• Ask questions that guide a conversation in a spiritual direction.
• Become a friend by sharing ordinary experiences.
• Make your home a place of hospitality where the Christian lifestyle is observable.
• Don't be in a hurry to preach the Gospel.
• Trust the Lord to draw your friends to himself.
