This Week's Assignment

It's an everyday "assignment." I'm speaking of our being witnesses of God's love and grace through Christ, but this week is especially important as we inch closer to Friend Day @ Lakeside next Sunday. It will be here before we know it. Building relationships is key. Remember, the culture's perception of church is going to be a little bit different than yours, to say the least. Be creative in your approach to invite... Clue in on the tiny nuances, the details, the body language... And, yes, be patient, but ever so persistent. Look for opportunities to engage people.
