Counting My Blessings - Part Two

Well, Spring storms are officially here...with a vengeance. Last night (or I should say early this morning about 1:45am) a supposed tornado hit the greenbelt behind our house. When I heard the siren go off and turned on the television to hear that there was rotation right above our neighborhood, the power went out and we had only seconds before the ere sound could be heard. We packed our family into the middle bathroom tub and prayed in a big way. And, then an enormous bang and glass shattering in seemingly every direction... Yes, it was totally intense. What we came to find out after just a few more minutes in the bathtub is that a neighbor's trampoline from just across the greenbelt was "thrown" into our house, knocking out both our kids' windows. Besides some property damage to our roof, fence and windows, all is well in the Pilcher household.
Oh, and by the way, the trampoline is all tangled up in our next door neighbor's tree in his front yard.

Wow! Thank God for His Hand of protection and that everyone is okay!! We love you guys and it just shows that we need to always keep a covering of prayers over our family and friends.
