agree on.
5. Choose a humble
approach.
6. Pursue healing.
7. Agree on a plan to
move forward.
There’s nothing shallow about leadership when tensions are
dealt with before they go deep. Grudges
become underground cisterns of negativity and discord. So, encourage an environment of openness and
honesty. Be a deep person by knowing
when to be shallow!
