Someone said that the secret to our success is hidden in our daily

So, the wining idea is to do the "right thing" over and over again until it becomes a part of us. A personal golf trainer once called it "muscle memory, " when your muscles get so acquainted with the grip and the posture, that doing it over and over creates the right rut.
The Apostle Paul challenged his spiritual son Timothy to "train yourself to be godly." He went on to say, "physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come" (1 Timothy 4:7-8). In other words, frequenting a church building or labeling ourselves a "Christian" isn't enough to securing our eternal destiny or reaching our potential here on earth. First, you have to accept the sacrificial life of Christ, turn your back on wrong-doing (sin) and confess Christ as the Lord of your life. Then, life finds meaning as you "practice" relationship with him daily, "practice" right decision-making, "practice" doing good to others, "practice" healthy eating habits and exercise... You get the picture. So, stop and ask yourself: Is my life in a good rhythm? Am I practicing the "right" things? Does my attitudes, appetites and actions reflect a moral practice? Right practice has the power to take you to the next level. "Practice, man! Practice!"
